A Solid Foundation
For years, writing was my spare time hobby and my feature articles appeared occasionally in newspapers and trade publications.
When my husband and I retired in central Florida, I began experimenting with fiction. The talented writers in Mt. Dora, Orlando and Seminole critique groups get credit for what happened next.
An Awarding Journey
To my great surprise, my little stories consistently won contests, earned four top literary awards, and appear in nine anthologies.
Filling the Bookcase
Friends asked me to gather my stories into one publication, so I compiled several award winners in "The First Seven," later reissued as "Everyday Deceptions."
